I was on the debate team for a while! I didn't do very well. There are a lot of rules. Did you know you’re not allowed to play the triangle during your part of the debate? You are also not supposed to stand up on the debate table to make your point.
Debating on the debate team just isn’t like debating in real life. So I quit … right after I was asked to leave. I did get to keep my triangle though . . . well, part of it. Have fun!
