Dear Average Boy, I live in South Africa at a mission station, and I always read your adventures. My dad laughed at your adventure mowing lawns to earn some money. He says you are welcome to come and mow our lawn any time. Our lawn needs mowing year round! Berdine

Hey Berdine, I let my dad read your e-mail, and he offered to pay for my one-way plane ticket to South Africa! But my mother said she couldn’t live without me. It was a touching moment, especially when she said, “No one can wash the dishes like Bob can.” Anyway, thanks for reading my stories and for the e- mail. If I do go to South Africa, I’ll try to remember my lawn mower!
