Anna lived at the temple where people worshiped God. Anna loved being at the temple because she loved God. She often thought about how wonderful He was. And she spent time every day talking to Him. Anna prayed, “I love you, God!”

You can pray like Anna! Talk to God right now. Say, “I love you, Lord!” Tell Him how wonderful He is. What has He given you today? Aren’t you glad God is powerful, loving and kind?

Anna stayed at the temple day and night. She liked to pray. She often asked God to send a Savior to help the world. Sometimes she asked God to help her family, friends or herself. When Anna prayed, she folded her hands and closed her eyes. She said, “Dear God, please help us today.”

You can ask like Anna! Fold your hands, and close your eyes. Say, “Dear God, please help us today.” Ask Him to help you, your family and friends.

Anna worshiped God at the temple. Sometimes she danced with joy! She sang, “Dear God, I’m happy because You love me!”

Then she clapped her hands and thanked God for many things, saying, “Thank You, Lord, for all the good things you do."

You can praise like Anna! Stand up and dance for joy. Pray, “Dear God, I’m happy because You love me!”

Clap your hands to praise Him. Say, “Thank You, God, for all the good things you do!” What good things can you thank Him for today?

One day, Mary and Joseph brought baby Jesus to the temple. Anna saw the boy and began praising God. She said, “Thank You, God, for sending us Your Son, Jesus.” She was so excited she told everyone about the Savior.

You can tell like Anna! Praise God for Jesus. Say, “Thank You, God, for sending us Your Son, Jesus.”

Then tell everyone you know about the Savior. Send cards to your family. Call your friends. Invite your neighbors to church to learn more about Jesus. Be like Anna, and tell someone about the Savior today! Who will you tell?
