  • colored paper
  • small hole punch
  • decorative brad

Go

  1. Sketch a simple flower petal on a piece of scratch paper and cut it out for a pattern.
  2. Accordion-fold a colored piece of paper four times, making your folds as wide as the flower petal pattern.
  3. Lay the petal on top of the folded paper and cut around it. You should get five petals.
  4. Roll each petal around a pencil to create a curl.
  5. Stack them together and punch a hole through the narrow ends of the petals.
  6. Put the brad through the hole and then through the center of the front of the card. Fasten on inside of card.
  7. Fan out the curled petals.
