Fresh Brewed Flowers
Gather
  • round coffee filters
  • cups of leftover egg dye
  • newspaper
  • drinking straws
  • vase
Go
  1. Dip coffee filters in dye to create a variety of colors and patterns. Lay them flat on newspapers to dry.
  2. Once the filters are dry, take one and fold it in half.
  3. Fold it in half again, so you have a quarter circle.
  4. Fold it in half one more time.
  5. Twist the tip tightly.
  6. Hold the twisted tip while you fluff the edges with your other hand.
  7. Poke the twisted tip into a straw, then put your flower in the vase. Create more flowers until you have a whole bouquet!
