Gather string 8 bells 1 small wooden or plastic craft hoop ribbon, crepe paper strips or colored electrical tape Go Use string to tie the bells onto the outside of the hoop. Space them out evenly. Wrap the ribbon, crepe paper or tape around the hoop to cover it, but keep the bells free. This will decorate your tambourine while securing the bells in place.
