Cut a 3-by-15-inch rectangle out of brown paper. Spread glue around the edge of the paper. Wrap paper around the bottom of the bottle and tape the ends.

Smooth out a plastic bag and fold it in half twice

Wrap bag around middle of bottle and tape. Repeat with three or four more bags.

Secure bags with long pieces of tape.

Tape or glue one end of the garland to the bottle cap. Wind garland tightly around bottle and tape the end to the construction paper.

Fluff up tree and decorate with tinsel, lights, ornaments and star!
