Year of the Bible
“From childhood you have known the sacred Scriptures.” —2 Timothy 3:15
Explore God’s Word from cover to cover with Focus on the Family Clubhouse magazine’s Year of the Bible challenge.
Every month, we’ll give you six verses. Memorize the words carefully (in any translation), taking them into your heart. Then recite the verses to your parents. By November, you’ll know a verse from every book of the Bible!
Before you start, hang up the cool poster from our January 2017 issue or print out the pages below:
You’ll also need the missing images. (Print pages back-to-back if possible.)
Then memorize this month's six verses.
1 Timothy 4:12
1 John 4:20
2 Timothy 2:15
2 Kings 19:19
After you memorize a verse, find the square with the matching book of the Bible written on the back. Write in the verse reference and glue the square verse-side-down on your poster.
Once you’ve memorized all 66 verses, take a photo of yourself holding your completed poster. Write your favorite Bible verse on the back of the photo—along with your full name, birth date and mailing address—and send it to:
