Poor Chicken Little. No one believed him when he said
the sky was falling. His friends and family laughed at
him and said he was being silly. Now, one year later
Chicken Little is telling people the sky is falling again.
This time he’s right.
The actual sky isn’t falling, but an alien invasion has
come to Chicken Little’s town. It hits even closer to
home when the aliens capture one of Chicken Little’s
friends, Fish Out of Water. Chicken Little and his other
friends must brave the scary spaceship to rescue their
friend.
The aliens do bring some violence into the film, but it is
mostly mild laser gun violence. Some bullies also treat
Chicken Little poorly, which results in him being hit with
acorns, run over by a mob and a car (he isn’t injured).
Throughout the film Chicken Little learns lessons about
not jumping to conclusions, the importance of sticking
by your friends and not spreading rumors. His dad also
learns a lesson about respecting his son and loving
him for who he is.
