Questions & Answers

Q. My older brother always tries to get his way through muscle. Since I hate wrtestling and he's almost twice my size, there's nothing I can do but tell my parents when he attacks me. Do you have any advice?

Oklahoma

A. Lift weights, bulk up and bop your brother on the head. Just kidding! The best thing you can do is talk to your brother. Explain how you’re feeling and that you don’t like it when he pushes you around. Tell him you want to look up to him and have a good relationship, but you’re finding it difficult to do that because of the way he treats you. Family is important. Communicate with your brother and work at your relationship--you may discover having a big brother can be great.
