Sweet Pumpkin Pizza
Gather
- 1 package (18 ounces) refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1 cup pumpkin
- 1 package (3 ounces) softened cream cheese
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 small green apple—peeled, cored and thinly sliced
- dash of cinnamon
- 1/3 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 to 2 tablespoons caramel syrup
- vanilla ice cream (optional)

Go
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and grease a 12-inch pizza pan.
- Press cookie dough into an 8-inch circle on the pizza pan.
- Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until light golden brown. Remove from oven and prick all over with a fork. Cool on pan.
- Combine pumpkin, cream cheese, 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Mix until smooth.
- Spread mixture over crust, but leave a 1-inch edge. Mix apple slices with remaining sugar and a dash of cinnamon in small bowl.
- Arrange apples on pizza and sprinkle with nuts.
- Bake for 7 to 9 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with caramel topping.
- Cut into wedges and serve warm with ice cream.
