Chewy Chocolate Brownies
Gather
  • 1 1/2 cups flour (mixture of white and wheat)
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 10 tablespoons cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup butter, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Go
  1. Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  2. Beat on medium speed for three minutes.
  3. Spread mixture into a greased 9-by-13-inch baking pan.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 35 minutes.

Note: For chewier brownies use more wheat flour.
