Touchdown Taco Dip
Gather
  • 1 16-ounce can black refried beans
  • 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced
  • 1 medium tomato, diced
  • 2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro (optional)
  • tortilla chips
Go
  1. Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch pan.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning.
  3. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over beans, and sprinkle cheese on top.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 18 minutes or until hot.
  5. Sprinkle olives, tomatoes and cilantro over dip and garnish with additional sour cream.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips, and root for your team!
