Touchdown Taco Dip
Gather
- 1 16-ounce can black refried beans
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup pitted black olives, sliced
- 1 medium tomato, diced
- 2 tablespoons freshly chopped cilantro (optional)

Go
- Spread refried beans in the bottom of a 9-by-13-inch pan.
- In a small bowl, stir together cream cheese, sour cream and
taco seasoning.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over beans, and
sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 15 to 18 minutes or until hot.
- Sprinkle olives, tomatoes and cilantro over dip and garnish with
additional sour cream.
- Serve with tortilla chips, and root for your team!
