Screamin' Ice Cream
Gather
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 gallon-size plastic freezer bag
  • 1 quart-size plastic freezer bag
  • 1/8 cup sugar
  • ice
  • 2 tablespoons rock salt


Go
  1. Pour the milk, vanilla extract and sugar into the quart-size freezer bag. Seal it tightly.
  2. Put the quart-size bag into the gallon freezer bag. Fill up the empty space in the gallon bag with ice.
  3. Add the rock salt to the ice to help it melt. Make sure the bag is zipped tightly.
  4. Shake and roll the bag around until the ice cream is as thick as desired. It should take around seven minutes.
  5. Makes approximately three servings. Repeat the process if you need more ice cream. Enjoy your delicious vanilla ice cream with a friend.
