Screamin' Ice Cream

- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 gallon-size plastic freezer bag
- 1 quart-size plastic freezer bag
- 1/8 cup sugar
- ice
- 2 tablespoons rock salt
Go
- Pour the milk, vanilla extract and sugar into the quart-size freezer bag. Seal it tightly.
- Put the quart-size bag into the gallon freezer bag. Fill up the empty space in the gallon bag with ice.
- Add the rock salt to the ice to help it melt. Make sure the bag is zipped tightly.
- Shake and roll the bag around until the ice cream is as thick as desired. It should take around seven minutes.
- Makes approximately three servings. Repeat the process if you need more ice cream. Enjoy your delicious vanilla ice cream with a friend.
