Candy Pizza

- 2 rolls sugar cookie dough
- strawberry jam
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons milk
- black licorice sticks
- green and red fruit leather
Go
- Press sugar cookie dough into a large pizza pan with an elevated rim.
- Bake for 20 minutes at temperature listed on package. Let cool for 30 minutes.
- Spread strawberry jam onto cookie “crust,” leaving outer 1/2 inch untouched.
- Melt white chocolate chips in the microwave. Add milk to thin, and stir until creamy. To create the look of grated cheese, use a metal colander. Squeeze the mixture through, using the back of a large spoon.
- To make fake pepperoni, cut out small circles of red fruit leather. Add strips of green fruit leather for green peppers.
- Top pizza with thin slices of black licorice for black olives.
- Complete the illusion by serving your creation in a pizza box!
