Classic Cucumber Sandwiches

Gather
  • 1 cucumber
  • cream cheese or butter
  • dill
  • white bread

Go

  1. Wash and dry the cucumber.
  2. Slice off the end, and then ask an adult to cut very thin slices of cucumber.
  3. Spread butter or cream cheese on bread, and place the cucumber slices on top.
  4. Sprinkle with a little dill.
  5. Cut off the crusts and slice sandwiches into four sections.
  6. Keep covered with a damp paper towel and refrigerated until teatime.
