Emergency 911

I woke up at 4 a.m. on January 4, 2003, for no reason at all. My dad was talking to my mom, but I couldn’t hear what he was saying. I tried to go back to sleep, but I couldn’t. The next thing I knew, my mom and dad were out in the living room. My dad was moaning loudly. My mom was on the phone with 911, telling them that my dad’s lips were blue and that he wasn’t breathing.

My mom started crying and calling out to God to let my dad breathe again. The paramedics took my dad to the hospital. They told my mom that my dad had a stroke and he wasn’t going to live. Later on they found out he had a brain tumor. Right now he is out of the hospital and getting radiation. I know everything is going to be OK, because God is in control.
