Are you ready for a super challenge? This summer you can grow closer to your family and earn a cool prize. Here's how:

First, spend time with your grandparents. (If yours are too far away, you can hang out with an elderly neighbor, a friend from church or someone from a retirement center.) Get to know them better by asking about their lives. Where did they grow up? What was life like when they were kids? What are some of their best memories? You'll hear some great stories! Write down your favorite and send Clubhouse a copy.

Second, help your mom or dad in an unexpected way at least five times a week. Doing your regular chores doesn't count—do something extra to lighten your parents' load. It could be something simple like offering to refill their drink or something more involved like washing the dog.

Third, get moving! Head outside and exercise at least twice a week. Try to get your family involved, too. Riding bikes, walking the dog, playing Frisbee or swimming can be great ways to get active.

Fourth, at least once a week, get your siblings and/or friends together for some out-of-the-ordinary fun. Ask your parents and grandparents what kind of games they played as kids. Try one of those, play capture the flag, kick the can or a game that you make up on your own.

To receive your prize, you need to send:

• a log of your acts of service, exercise and great games. Make sure to list 30 acts of service, 12 times of exercising and six creative games. Include the dates and who took part with you.
• a 250-word story from a grandparent's life
• a photo of you doing some part of the challenge
• a paragraph about how the challenge impacted you and your family
