Gather

• cake mix
• butter knife
• white frosting
• large marshmallows
• miniature marshmallows
• black and pink cake decorating gels

Go

1. With a parent’s help, prepare the cupcakes as directed on the box of cake mix.
2. Allow the cupcakes to cool. Using the knife, spread frosting on two cupcakes. (Only frost two at a time to keep the frosting from drying out.)
3. Carefully cut one large marshmallow and 10 miniature marshmallows in half.
4. Stick half of a large marshmallow in the middle of your cupcake. This will be the lamb’s head. Stick small marshmallows all around the large one for wool.
5. Tear one small marshmallow into two pieces and squish them down to make ears. Attach them to sides of the head with dabs of frosting.
6. Add a few mini-marshmallows to the top of the head for a woolly face.
7. Using the black gel, add two dots for eyes. Now make a nose and mouth with pink gel.
8. Repeat with the rest of your cupcakes.
