Lemon Poppy Seed Pancakes

2 eggs
1 cup pancake mix
1 cup lemon poppy seed muffin mix
1 cup milk


1. Mix eggs in a medium-sized bowl.
2. Add remaining ingredients and whisk together.
3. Cook pancakes by pouring a little batter on buttered griddle. Flip after 2 to 3 minutes or when you see lots of bubbles. Cook another minute.
4. Bon Appétit!
