Tater Kebabs

8 button mushrooms
5 new potatoes, cooked
4 sausages, cooked
8 cherry tomatoes
3 tablespoons barbecue sauce
kebab skewers
3 tablespoons mayonnaise


1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
2. Have a parent cut mushrooms, potatoes and sausage into large chunks.
3. In a large bowl, stir together tomatoes, mushrooms, potatoes, sausage and 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce.
4. Thread two pieces of potato, one tomato, one piece of mushroom and two pieces of sausage on each kebab skewer.
5. Bake in oven for 10 to 15 minutes or until brown.
6. In a small bowl, stir together remaining barbecue sauce and mayonnaise for dip.
7. Serve warm and enjoy.
