Texas Caviar

1/2 green bell pepper
1/2 yellow bell pepper
1/3 red onion
1/2 bunch cilantro
1 can black beans, drained
1 can black-eyed peas, drained
1 can diced tomatoes
8-ounce bottle Italian salad dressing


1. With a parent’s help, dice peppers and onion. Chop cilantro.
2. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Serve with tortilla chips. Enjoy!
